Replacement / Exchange / Refund

A product replacement or exchange or a refund will be provided by Carsuka where:

  1. The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or
  2. The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  3. The product was damaged during delivery; and

In the event of a replacement, exchange or a refund, proof of purchase must be provided. Exchanges

can only take place when the purchased product has not been opened, used or tempered with. A

refund will only be provided in the event where payment is made and product is not made available

for delivery.
